Dilandasi komitmen untuk memberikan kesempatan pendidikan yang lebih baik kepada putera-puteri terbaik dari keluarga pra-sejahtera di 33 provinsi di tanah air, mulai 2012 setiap tahun PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (BII) bersama dengan pemegang saham mayoritas, Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) akan menyelenggarakan program beasiswa penuh (full scholarship) untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi terkemuka di Indonesia, Malaysia dan Singapura.

 

Seleksi Administrasi akan dilakukan mulai 7 November 2012–23 November 2012 untuk program beasiswa luar negeri dan 1 Februari 2013 – 26 Juli 2013 . untuk program beasiswa dalam negeri.

Kriteria Kandidat

1. Warga Negara Indonesia
2. Duduk di kelas 3 SMA pada TA 2012/2013 atau lulusan TA sebelumnya
3. Memiliki nilai minimum rata-rata 8
4. Menunjukkan kapasitas kepemimpinan ditunjukkan sedikitnya melalui  2 (dua) kegiatan ekstra kurikuler
5. Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk maju dan aspirasi kuat untuk menghadapi tantangan dan memimpin di karir pilihannya maupun sosial setelah lulus
6. Calon berasal dari keluarga pra-sejahtera
7. Tidak menerima beasiswa yang sama dari organisasi lain
8. Memiliki surat bukti penerimaan dari universitas pilihan yang direkomendasikan BII-Maybank

ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia, Singapore

The ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia is tenable for 4 years leading to the award of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Advanced (GCE A) Level (or equivalent) certificate.

The Scholarship is for studies in selected Singapore schools from Secondary Three to Pre-University Two and is renewed annually, subject to the satisfactory performance of the scholar.

Students from Indonesia are welcome to apply for the ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia to enter Singapore schools at the Secondary Three level. Candidates who are not short-listed for the scholarships will be considered for the Merit Awards.

Eligibility

Students who meet the following criteria are invited to apply for the scholarship:

• Nationals of Indonesia
• Born between 1997 to 1999
• Sat for 2013 SMP 3 National Final Evaluation Examination (UAN)
• Have done consistently well in school
• Proficiency in English and a good record of participation in co-curricular activities

Scholarships for students from Indonesia, Malaysia & Singapore at University of Western Australia

The International Undergraduate Scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic excellence and enthusiasm for science research for students from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

A total of three scholarships are available and each scholarship is valued at $15,000 over three years

To be eligible to apply, students must:

• Be completing, or have completed, the Advanced Level General Certificate of Education (A-levels); an International Baccalaureate (IB); a recognised Australian matriculation program such as AusMAT or South Australian Matriculation (SAM), or the NUS High School Diploma.
• Have applied for entry to the Bachelor of Science at The University of Western Australia, with one of the following majors:
  • Agricultural Science
  • Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Environmental Science
  • Geography
  • Marine Science
  • Physics
• Be able to demonstrate a strong academic record and an enthusiasm for research.
• Not be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand

Students should apply for entry to the Bachelor of Science at UWA either through the International Centre or their agent.

To apply for the scholarship, submit an online application of not more than 500 words outlining your interest in studying science and your enthusiasm for science research. Also outline any awards and extracurricular activies such as participation in voluntary, community and/or sporting activities. Applicants' academic records will be automatically assessed as part of this process.

Scholarship applications for students commencing in Semester 2 2013 close on 30 May 2013, and for those commencing in Semester 1 2014 on 30 November 2013.

SIM Global Education Scholarship, Singapore

The SIM Global Education Scholarship is awarded to outstanding local and international students to pursue overseas Bachelor's degree programmes at SIM Global Education (SIM GE).

Up to 35 scholarships will be awarded each year to deserving new and existing students. The categories of scholarship are:

Academic Excellence and Leadership

Awards are granted to outstanding students who have achieved academic excellence and demonstrated leadership qualities both in and outside the classroom.

Sports and Artistic Talent

Awards are granted to athletes who possess an impressive track record of achievement in sports or individuals with outstanding artistic talents.

ELIGIBILITY

• Open to Singapore citizens, permanent residents and international students
• Outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ Level, Local Polytechnic Diploma, IB Diploma or Year 12 equivalent qualifications
• An impressive community contribution and co-curricular activities involvement record
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

TENURE OF SCHOLARSHIP

The scholarship is tenable for the minimum period required to complete the full course of study, as stipulated by the programme.

VALUE OF SCHOLARSHIP

The award covers tuition fees, examination fees and other compulsory fees, as well as a book allowance. There is no bond attached to the scholarship.

APPLICATION

There are two application periods per year:

• March for programmes commencing in the second half of the current year. (UOL existing students are only eligible to apply in March)
• September for programmes commencing in the first half of the following year.

Closing dates for application are on the last day of March and September respectively.

Applicants must separately seek admission to their programmes of choice and must be accepted for admission before being awarded the scholarship.

SELECTION PROCESS

• All shortlisted candidates are required to undergo an interview by the SIM Global Education Scholarships Selection Panel. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified through phone call if your application is successful.
• SIM Global Education does not enter into any correspondence on the award of the Scholarship and reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of any SIM Global Education Scholarship without prior notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Scholar is required to sit for all tests, assessments and examinations and obtain the Qualification within the minimum period required of study
• Scholar is not allowed to change the Programme at any time
• Scholar shall not take up or register or enroll in any diploma or degree course(s) without the prior written approval of the Sponsor
• Scholar shall not, without the prior written approval of the Sponsor, hold the Scholarship Award concurrently with any other scholarship or tuition grant
• Academic performance will be reviewed every semester
• The Scholarship may be withdrawn at any time if, in the opinion of the Sponsor, the scholar’s progress or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory

Beasiswa S1 Singapura untuk lulusan SMA

The Singapore Scholarship was announced by then Prime Minister of Singapore Mr Goh Chok Tong at the 6th ASEAN Summit in December 1998.

The Scholarship is awarded to students from the other ASEAN member countries and tenable for a full-time undergraduate degree course at one of the three universities in Singapore. All disciplines except for Medicine, Dentistry, Architecture and Law are open to Scholars. The duration of each Scholarship is for three or four years, depending on the discipline.

The award is based on academic merit and places will be allocated by open competition. If necessary, a one-year bridging or foundation programme, in addition to the undergraduate studies, will be provided.

There is no bond imposed on the Scholarship by the Singapore Government. The Scholars are expected to return home to contribute to the development of their countries upon graduation.

Citizens of ASEAN member countries (except Singapore) are eligible to apply for the Singapore Scholarship.

Candidates must have an outstanding academic record, a good command of English and meet the entry requirements for NTU, NUS and SMU. The Singapore Scholarship is awarded on a competitive basis on academic merit.

• The Singapore Scholarship is tenable for the minimum period required to obtain the respective degrees at Nanyang Technological University, National University of Singapore or Singapore Management University. It covers full tuition fees and a living allowance of S$4,300 (covering meals, transport, textbooks and course materials during school semester) per academic year. In addition, a separate full accommodation allowance based on the room rates at each university or designated hostel will be provided during school semester.

• One return economy class air ticket is provided for the Scholar’s passage from his/her home country to Singapore for the duration of studies determined by the Singapore Government. No additional assistance will be provided for other travel expenses.

• A recipient of the Scholarship may not concurrently hold any other Scholarship, Fellowship, Grant or Award without the prior approval of the Singapore Government.

• There is no bond imposed on the Scholarship by the Singapore Government. The Scholars are expected to return home to contribute to the development of their countries upon graduation.

• The scholarship is open to applicants who have not gained admission and are currently not studying at the Singapore Universities.

• The Singapore Government reserves the right to terminate the Scholarship if the Scholar’s academic progress is unsatisfactory or his conduct is in violation of the university's rules and regulations.

Application for the Singapore Scholarship must be submitted on the prescribed application form (The application form and supporting documents must be of A4 size and printed on one side only). Applicants will be required to submit a typed-written essay of about 300-500 words. The essay is an important part of your application.
All supporting documents have to be attached. Those supporting documents that are not in English must have a certified translation in English. Translation and certification of transcripts and academic records have to be done by your educational institutions.

Proses Seleksi

 

Tahap I: Administrasi

Tahap II: Administrasi
Verifikasi kelengkapan dan “kebenaran” isi formulir yang dikirimkan. Adapun dokumen yang harus dikirimkan adalah:

Tahap 3: Psikologi
Peserta yang lulus tes Administrasi Tahap 2 akan diikutsertakan untuk mengikuti tes Psikologi yang meliputi:

1. Tes IQ (Intelectual Quality) untuk memprediksi kemampuan akademik siswa
2. Tes Kepribadian untuk menilai kualitas kepribadian siswa yang meliputi kemampuan Emosional, Social, Moral, serta Kepemimpinan siswa

Tahap 4: Wawancara
Peserta yang lulus Tes Psikologi akan diikutsertakan pada Tes Wawancara. Tes Wawancara ini dilakukan oleh tim yang dipilih oleh Penyelenggara BII-Maybank Scholarship.

Tahap 5: Tes Masuk Universitas

1. BII-Maybank Scholarship Luar Negeri:
   Peserta yang lulus tahap wawancara diwajibkan untuk mengikuti tes yang diadakan oleh universitas yang dipilih.
2. BII-Maybank Scholarship Dalam Negeri:
   Sebelum calon penerima mengikuti Tes Psikologi dan Tes Wawancara harus mengirimkan surat penerimaan dari universitas atau bukti tertulis dari pengumuman di media massa atau website resmi SNMPTN http://snmptn.ac.id.

Nanyang President's Graduate Scholarship, Singapore

The Nanyang President's Graduate Scholarship (NPGS) is a competitive and prestigious scholarship scheme designed to encourage outstanding graduates or final-year students to take their first step towards a leading research career by studying for a PhD at NTU.

Who is eligible?
There is no restriction as to the nationality of candidates but all things being equal, preference will be given to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.

Eligibility criteria

• You must have a First Class Honours degree or equivalent at Bachelor's level 
• If you have not yet completed your undergraduate degree programme, you will need to furnish documentation from your university that you are on track to get a First Class Honours degree or equivalent

BondThere is no bond attached to the scholarship.

Coverage and award terms

• Full tuition fees
• Monthly stipend of $3,200 * 
• Conference allowance for two major overseas conferences in the 4-year period
• One-time IT allowance of $1500
• Annual grant of $500 for journal subscription or book purchase
• Thesis preparation allowance
• Priority will be given for subsidised campus accommodation

* With effect from August 2012, the newly admitted students will receive the following monthly stipend:

• Singapore Citizens - $3,300
• Singapore Permanent Residents - $3,200
• International students - $3,000

For those under scholarships, the terms for the Nanyang President's Graduate Scholarship are being reviewed. Revised terms of the scholarships will be implemented from the January 2013 intake onwards.

NPGS with DSO Augmentation

This is a top-up provided by DSO to successful applicants of the Nanyang President's Graduate Scholarship. Recipients must be Singapore Citizens who will work on DSO projects and will be co-supervised by a DSO researcher and a faculty member from the University. ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia

The ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia is tenable for 4 years leading to the award of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Advanced (GCE A) Level (or equivalent) certificate.

The Scholarship is for studies in selected Singapore schools from Secondary Three to Pre-University Two and is renewed annually, subject to the satisfactory performance of the scholar.

Students from Indonesia are welcome to apply for the ASEAN Scholarships for Indonesia to enter Singapore schools at the Secondary Three level. Candidates who are not short-listed for the scholarships will be considered for the Merit Awards.

Eligibility

Students who meet the following criteria are invited to apply for the scholarship:

• Nationals of Indonesia
• Born between 1996 to 1998
• Sat for 2012 SMP 3 National Final Evaluation Examination (UAN) and have done consistently well in school
