The International Shari’ah Research Academy for Islamic Finance (ISRA) invites qualified students with excellent academic achievements and active in co-curricular activities to apply for the Shari'ah Scholarship Award (SA) to pursue their higher education at either local or overseas universities. The Shari'ah Scholarship Award is part of the Fund for Shari'ah Scholars in Islamic Finance, which was established to enhance knowledge, research, talents, and intellectual discourse in the field of Shari'ah. The Fund represents Bank Negara Malaysia's commitment to strengthen the development of the Islamic financial industry.

FIELD OF STUDY

1. Postgraduate (Master or Doctorate) in Shariah or Islamic finance studies at recognized institutions of higher learning; 
2. Undergraduate studies at recognized institutions of higher learning in the field of Shari'ah with a double degree or a minor in one of the following disciplines: 
   • Islamic banking; 
   • Conventional banking; 
   • Accounting; 
   • Law; 
   • Economics; 
   • Finance; 
   • Management; or
   • other related fields appropriate to the development of the Islamic financial industry. 
3. CIFP, only for those with Shariah background.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Applicant from Shariah background.
2. The scholarship is open to citizens of all countries. 
3. Applicants have to secured admission at a recognized institution of higher learning. Applicants are required to pursue either a Bachelor, CIFP , Master or Doctorate programme, as defined above, in a fulltime programme. 
4. For a postgraduate application, applicants are required to have a CGPA of at least 3.5 or its equivalent. 
5. For an undergraduate application, applicants are required to have a CGPA of at least 3.3 or its equivalent (for the first semester result). 
6. Current students enrolled in the programmes specified above may also apply for the scholarship. 
7. Applicants should not be in receipt of any other scholarship award.

An application for a scholarship must be submitted by hand or through registered post or courier service with the following documents, which must be in English:

3. Offer Letter from the institution of higher learning;

Master Study Grants for International Students at USI in Switzerland

Master study Grants for international students at university of Italian Switzerland are offered in Economics, Communication Sciences and Informatics. The Foundation for the Lugano Faculties of USI will award a total of 60 one-off study grants of the amount of 4’000 CHF each. The grant is awarded in the form of a deduction of the tuition fee and cannot be exchanged for cash. The application deadline is July 31st, 2013 and candidates will be notified till August 16th, 2013.

Scholarship Description: 

The Foundation for the Lugano Faculties of USI will award a total of 60 one-off study grants of the amount of 4’000 CHF each for the 2013-14 academic year. The merit based grants are given to first year students admitted to a USI Master program starting in September 2013. The grant is awarded in the form of a deduction of the tuition fee and cannot be exchanged for cash. The grant cannot be combined or accumulated with other scholarships provided by USI.

Introduction

1. The Japan-WCO Human Resource Development Programme (Scholarship Programme) provides a grant covering travel, subsistence, admission, tuition and other approved expenses to enable promising young Customs managers from developing countries toundertake Master’s level studies at the Aoyama Gakuin University (AGU) in Tokyo, Japan.

2. The following administrative provisions govern this Scholarship Programme. If a nominee or a concerned person in the nominating administrations has any questions, he/she should address them to the Capacity Building Directorate of the WCO Secretariat before the Scholarship is accepted.

Conditions of candidacy and selection

3. The candidates should be in good health, preferably below 40 years of age as of 1 April 2014.

4. The recipients of Scholarships under this Programme will enrol for the Master’s Degree programme in Strategic Management and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) programme at the AGU.

5. This Scholarship is for one academic year starting from April 2014. There will be a preparatory course in March 2014 for a few weeks before the start of the Programme. The Scholarship period cannot be extended.

6. The candidates should be Customs officers fully proficient in English. (a minimum TOEFL score of internet Based Test (iBT) 79 / Computer-Based Test (CBT) 213 / Paper Based Test (PBT) 550, IELTS 6.0, or its equivalent qualification to prove their language proficiency). They should have a university degree or equivalent qualification.

7. The candidates should have at least 3 years of work experience in Customs and should have assessed potential for advancement. In the selection, preference will be given to candidates who have experience in IPR border enforcement, and who are expected to work in the IPR-related section of their Customs administration after this Scholarship Programme.

8. Individuals who have already been awarded a scholarship under the Japan-WCO Human Resource Development Programme in the past will not be entitled to apply for this Scholarship Programme.

9. After the completion of the Programme, the candidates should continue to work in their home Customs administration for 3 years at least and, after 3 years, they should report to the university indicating the post they occupy in their home administration and how they have been utilizing the experience they acquired in Japan.

10. The candidates will be selected by the WCO in consultation with the AGU. The AGU shall inform the candidates about their selection or otherwise. The WCO will send a congratulatory letter to the administrations whose candidates have been selected.

11. In accepting a Scholarship, the candidate undertakes to:

- Work full time on the assigned Programme. It will not be possible to undertake other activities not related to the Programme.

- Comply with the laws and show due respect for the culture and way of life of the host country.

12. The AGU requests online registration for admissions for the 2014-2015 Scholarship Programme. ID and Password to download the application forms will be obtained by submitting the Registration Form on the Web site by 22 August 2013.

Sejalan dengan upaya reformasi di bidang pengawasan dan audit sektor publik, Asian Development Bank State Accountability Revitalization (STAR).

(ADB) memberikan bantuan kepada pemerintah untuk melakukan reformasi terhadap sistem audit sektor publik (pemerintahan). Bantuan dari ADB tersebut kemudian ditetapkan dalam wujud projek

STAR merupakan kegiatan yang diinisiasi Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dalam mendukung reformasi di bidang manajemen keuangan dan audit sektor publik, yang pendanaannya berasal dari pinjaman (loan) Asian Development Bank (ADB).

STAR mengemban tugas yang sangat berat, khususnya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas fungsi pengelolaan keuangan dan pengawasan sektor publik, melalui penguatan lembaga atau institusi pemerintah yang bertugas menjalankan pengelolaan keuangan dan pengawasan sektor publik.

Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi staf pengelola keuangan dan internal auditor pemerintahan, BPKP melalui koordinasi dengan ADB menyempurnakan penyelenggaraan program studi baru yang khusus berbasis pada disiplin ilmu Akuntansi dan pengawasan Pemerintahan di sektor publik.

Secara umum tujuan dari program beasiswa ini adalah untuk mengembangkan kompetensi SDM pengelola keuangan dan aparatur pengawasan pemerintahan.

Penerima program beasiswa adalah :

a. Staf pengelola keuangan dan internal auditor pemerintah daerah dan Kementerian/Lembaga (K/L)

b. Perguruan Tinggi Negeri yang menyelenggarakan program Kekhususan S1 dan S2 Akuntansi Pemerintahan/Pengawasan Keuangan Negara.

Hasil yang diharapkan dari pemberian Bantuan beasiswa program Kekhususan ini adalahMeningkatkan kapasitas dan kemampuan staf pengelola keuangan dan internal auditor pemerintahan di bidang akuntasi pemerintahan;

Rome Master’s scholarship at University of Kent, UK

The University of Kent at Rome is pleased to be able to offer the following scholarship for taught Master’s students for the academic year 2013–14:

• Faculty of Humanities’ Scholarship consisting of a fee waiver (worth £5,590) and a full maintenance stipend on £13,590, valid on a taught Master’s programme in the Rome suite of programmes.

Criteria

• The scholarship is open to candidates who have been offered a place on any of the Kent at Rome MA programmes in Roman History and Archaeology or Ancient History, to start in September 2013.
• Candidates must hold a first-class Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject, or hold an equivalent non-UK qualification or a Master’s degree at merit or distinction in a relevant subject or equivalent by July 2013.
• The scholarship will be awarded to outstanding applicants able to demonstrate a high level of academic achievement, clear intellectual ambition and the potential to make a strong contribution to their chosen MA programme.
• This scholarship is open to all full-time postgraduate applicants. UK, EU and overseas fee paying students are invited to apply.

• Candidates must then be offered a place on the one of these programmes.

Development Scholarships for Developing Countries from Czech Republic

Thanks to a generous contribution from the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, the Faculty of Social Sciences is able to offer a limited number of partial scholarships for students of all fee based programs in academic year 2014/15. A total of five scholarships are available, ear-marked for students from developing countries and/or countries going through a process of political and economic transition.

What is on offer

1. Under the terms of this scholarship, students will receive a waiver of school fees for their first semester of study, plus a one-off payment of Kc 50,000 (about 2,050 Euro) as a contribution towards living costs.

2. School fees for the second semester of study will NOT be waived.

3. Although we would like to continue the scholarship scheme in school year 2015/16, this is subject to our receiving further funding for future years. At present, therefore, we cannot guarantee that similar scholarships will be available for students' second year of study.

How to Apply for the Scholarship

1. Applications for these scholarships are open to all students from developing countries and/or countries going through a process of political and economic transition, who are applying for study in one of our Bachelor's studies or Master's studies programmes at Charles University Faculty of Social Sciences from academic year 2014/15.

2. Applications must be made on the form that accompanies this announcement, and must include the following documents:

- completed application form;

- motivation essay of no more than 1000 words, explaining why they need a scholarship, and what they hope to gain from their studies at Charles University;

- two letters of recommendation from teachers, who know the student from their previous studies, including confirmation of the student's financial need.

Note: The current scholarship holders who are reapplying do not need to submit the two recommendation letters or write the essay. Please include a cover note and one recommendation letter from a Charles University academic who knows you from your studies with your applicatioon.

3. Applications should be sent to Manager, International Office (at the address below). All documents submitted must be originals and written in the English language, or accompanied by certified translations.

4. The deadline for scholarship applications is 30 April 2014. Students who will have problems meeting this deadline due to inefficient or unreliable postal services may, as a temporary measure, submit fax copies and/or scanned copies by e-mail. However, originals must also be sent, and final decisions will not be made until originals have been received.

Selection of Applicants

1. All scholarship applications received by the deadline will be assessed by a Scholarship Review Board, which will recommend five students to receive scholarships to the Dean of the Faculty. The decision of the Board on which students it will recommend for a scholarship will be independent of the deliberations of the Admissions Panel regarding which students to admit. However, only students finally admitted by the Faculty are eligible to become scholarship holders.

2. In addition to the documents submitted by scholarship applicants, the Scholarship Review Board will take into consideration applicants' results from their earlier studies. Priority will be given to students who have not previously had the opportunity to study abroad.

3. A final decision regarding the students to be offered scholarships will be made by the Dean. The Dean will not enter into correspondence with unsuccessful applicants regarding this decision.

Financial Terms and Conditions

1. Successful scholarship applicants will receive payment at the start of their first semester, no later than one month after they register for their studies. No money will be paid in advance of the students' arrival in Prague.

2. Before students receive their scholarships, they will also be required to make an advance payment in respect of their school fees for the second semester. This payment will be held as a surety until February 2015, and will thereafter be used to cover the cost of the student's classes in the second semester. No further charge will be made for school fees in school year 2014/15.

3. In the event that students are forced to terminate their studies for disciplinary reasons, the surety they have paid for their school fees in the second semester is not returnable. However, in the event that students are unable to continue their studies for medical reasons, an adequate refund can be negotiated.

4. Scholarships are awarded for school year 2014/15, and may not be deferred to later years.

5. In the event that the Faculty of Social Sciences succeeds in obtaining the necessary funding to continue this scholarship scheme in school year 2015/16, existing scholarship holders will be given the opportunity to reapply. However, any extension of the scholarship will be conditional on students achieving satisfactory results in their first year.

6. Scholarships will not be offered for a third year of study (master's degree) or for a fourth year of study (bachelor's degree) under any circumstances.

The Society for Underwater Technology (SUT), through its Educational Support Fund, will offer annual scholarship awards to either undergraduate and postgraduate students undertaking studies that embrace relevant component areas of marine science, underwater technology or offshore engineering. Applicants are welcome to apply where they can demonstrate a clear interest in pursuing a career in a relevant area of underwater technology.

In 2013, the SUT Educational Support Fund will consider awarding up to six scholarships for fulltime students entering the last two years of their undergraduate course, or undertaking a postgraduate course.

The undergraduate scholarship awards may continue throughout the remaining part of the degree course, subject to a satisfactory academic standard being maintained. This performance will be reviewed annually. (Note: re-application via the web site is necessary to be considered for continuance of the scholarship.)

The grants are open to any student studying in Australia, irrespective of age or nationality.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

Postgraduate candidates should have a first degree in a relevant engineering or science subject, and have enrolled in a postgraduate course of study related to offshore engineering, marine science or underwater technology

Undergraduate candidates should have permission to proceed to their third or final year of their degree course.

Scholarship applicants must be enrolled in full time education. Applicants who are employed full time are not eligible for the scholarship, however, part-time employment is acceptable.

Applicants are required to be enrolled at university full-time for at least the first semester of 2014.

WHEN TO APPLY

Students wishing to be considered for an SUT sponsorship award should complete and return the application form, academic transcripts and academic reference by Thursday 1st August 2013. Late applications including late copies of academic transcripts & academic references will not be entertained, they must be received by 1st August 2013.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Selection will be on the basis of the information provided in the application form, the academic referees, and an interview of the short-listed candidates. It is important to ensure that all sections of the application are fully completed. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of the assessment before end October 2013.

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

The Society’s Educational Support Fund will award sponsorship of $5000 per annum for a full academic year. (50% paid end of February 2014 and remaining 50% paid June 2014)

In addition to the financial sponsorship, SUT will aim to provide free attendance to relevant SUT professional development courses for successful candidates.

SUT Scholars may apply for other sources of funding, and still be eligible for an SUT Sponsorship

Beasiswa S1,S2, dan S3 Kementerian Kesehatan

Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) membuka kesempatan tugas belajar dalam negeri untuk program S-1, S-2, dan S-3 bagi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) SDM Kesehatan tahun 2013.

Dalam surat edaran yang ditandatangani Kepala Badan PPSDM Kesehatan, dr Untung Suseno Sutarjo tanggal 28 Mei itu disebutkan, program studi yang diikuti pada Pendidikan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) yang terakreditasi minimal “B”, dan apabila Program Studi dan Peminatan yang dibutuhkan tidak terdapat di PTN, maka calon peserta dapat mengikuti seleksi  akademik di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) yang terakreditasi minimal “B” dari  lembaga yang berwenang.

Dalam SE itu disebutkan, bagi PNS yang menduduki jabatan struktural diberhentikan dari jabatannya, dan bagi PNS yang menduduki jabatan fungsional akan dibebaskan sementara dari jabatannya. Selain itu, PNS calon peserta tidak sedang menjalani hukuman disiplin tingkat sedang atau berat, dan tidak sedang melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan penjenjangan.

Adapun jangka waktu pelaksanaan pendidikan adalah:

a. Program Strata I (S-1) paling lama 4 (empat) tahun; 

b. Program Strata II (S-2) paling lama 2 (dua) tahun; 

c. Program Strata III (S-3) paling lama 4 (empat) tahun;

Sedang Komponen bantuan beasiswa pendidikan bagi peserta tugas belajar SDM meliputi:

a. Bantuan Biaya Hidup dan Operasional; 

b. Uang Buku dan Referensi; 

c. Biaya Untuk Pendidikan terdiri dari SPP, Matrikulasi dan Praktek (dibuktikan dengan SK Rektor);

d. Biaya Riset secara at cost dengan melampirkan TOR/Proposal yang sudah  disahkan oleh Dosen pembimbing, RAB dan Surat Pernyataan Tanggung Jawab  Mutlak (SPTJM);

e. Transport keberangkatan dan kepulangan secara at cost dan uang harian.

Jenis pendanaan yang ditanggung oleh Kementerian Kesehatan selama tugas belajar meliputi:

a. Biaya penuh, diberikan selama peserta tubel mengikuti proses pendidikan sejak  semester awal hingga akhir, sesuai dengan batas masa studi maksimal;

b. Biaya parsial, diberikan kepada mereka yang sedang mengikuti proses  pendidikan (maksimal semester III bulan September 2013) dan belum  memperoleh dana. Dana tubel yang diberikan adalah dana lanjutan selama  peserta tugas belajar masih dalam proses belajar mengajar yang dibuktikan  dengan surat keterangan dari Institusi Pendidikan, dan bagi peserta yang  diusulkan maka semua ketentuan tetap mengacu dalam Surat Edaran ini. 

“Peserta yang mengikuti pendidikan tahun 2013 sudah dalam penyusunan  skripsi/thesis tidak diberikan bantuan beasiswa,” bunyi Surat Edaran itu.

Persyaratan

Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang akan mengikuti tugas belajar SDM Kesehatan harus memenuhi persyaratan sebagai berikut :

1. Program Studi/Peminatan yang diambil, sesuai dengan lampiran 1;

2. Untuk Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi/Kabupaten/Kota, Program Studi/Peminatan yang  diambil dapat menyesuaikan dengan peminatan sesuai kebutuhan Unit Pusat;

3. Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Pusat dan Daerah;

4. Mendapatkan ijin tertulis/surat tugas dari atasan langsung untuk mengikuti seleksi  administrasi dan seleksi akademik;

5. Masa kerja paling kurang 1 (satu) tahun terhitung sejak diangkat sebagai PNS;

6. Program studi/peminatan yang akan ditempuh harus mempunyai hubungan atau  sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi;

7. Usia maksimal dihitung pada saat seleksi administrasi di Pusat :

a. Program Strata I (S-1) atau setara berusia paling tinggi 25 (dua puluh lima)  tahun;

b. Program Strata II (S-2) atau setara berusia paling tinggi 37 (tiga puluh tujuh)  tahun;

c. Program Strata III (S-3) atau setara berusia paling tinggi 40 (empat puluh) tahun;

8. Untuk daerah terpencil, tertinggal, dan terluar atau jabatan sangat diperlukan (Dosen, Peneliti dan Widyaiswara), usia maksimal dihitung pada saat seleksi  administrasi di Pusat :

a. Program Strata I (S-1) atau setara berusia paling tinggi 37 (tiga puluh tujuh)  tahun;

b. Program Strata II (S-2) atau setara berusia paling tinggi 42 (empat puluh dua  tahun) tahun;

c. Program Strata III (S-3) atau setara berusia paling tinggi 47(empat puluh tujuh)  tahun;

9. Program studi yang diikuti pada Pendidikan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) yang  terakreditasi minimal “B”, dan apabila Program Studi dan Peminatan yang  dibutuhkan tidak terdapat di PTN, maka calon peserta dapat mengikuti seleksi  akademik di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) yang terakreditasi minimal “B” dari  lembaga yang berwenang;

10. Bagi PNS yang menduduki jabatan struktural diberhentikan dari jabatannya;

11. Bagi PNS yang menduduki jabatan fungsional dibebaskan sementara dari  jabatannya;

12. Setiap unsur penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan dalam 1 (satu) tahun terakhir paling  kurang bernilai baik;

13. Tidak sedang menjalani hukuman disiplin tingkat sedang atau berat;

14. Tidak sedang melaksanakan pendidikan dan pelatihan penjenjangan;

15. Jangka waktu pelaksanaan pendidikan :

a. Program Strata I (S-1) paling lama 4 (empat) tahun; 

b. Program Strata II (S-2) paling lama 2 (dua) tahun; 

c. Program Strata III (S-3) paling lama 4 (empat) tahun;

16. Jangka waktu pelaksanaan tugas belajar sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 15,  masing-masing dapat diperpanjang paling lama 1 tahun (2 semester) atas persetujuan sponsor dan/atau instansi. 

17. Bagi PNS yang belum dapat menyelesaikan tugas belajar setelah diberikan  perpanjangan waktu 1 tahun sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 16, dapat  diberikan perpanjangan kembali paling lama 1 (satu) tahun, dengan perubahan  status menjadi izin belajar dan tetap dapat meninggalkan tugasnya sebagaimana  berlaku bagi tugas belajar.

18. Jangka waktu pemberian bantuan beasiswa adalah selama jangka waktu  pelaksanaan pendidikan sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 15.

19. Bagi calon peserta telah mengabdikan diri minimal 3 (tiga) tahun, khusus dosen  minimal 1 (satu) tahun setelah lulus pendidikan terakhir;

University of Ulster Scholarships for International Students, UK

A total of 5 Santander Scholarships are available to students from all countries except from Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. The Scholarships are for Postgraduate Master's or Undergraduate study in any subject offered by the University for the 2013-14 academic year. These scholarships are only available to students who are coming to Northern Ireland to study.

OPEN Scholarship
3 x £5,000 Scholarships available to study full time on any undergraduate Bachelors, or postgraduate taught Masters Course at Ulster.

•  A full time Undergraduate course or
•  The Pre-sessional English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Plus or Standard course and progressing to one of the above awards

3.  You must not be in receipt of any other Scholarship/Bursary outside of the University of Ulster.
The scholarships will be awarded to students who have been made an unconditional offer. Ulster Final Year International Scholarship 

1 x £5,000 Scholarship available to a current final year undergraduate international student to continue study on a postgraduate taught Masters course at Ulster.

Am I Eligible?
1.  You should hold an unconditional offer for a full-time Postgraduate taught Master's course.
2.  For fees purposes you must not be a national of Northern Ireland, Great Britain or the Republic of Ireland.
3.  You must not be in receipt of any other Scholarship/Bursary outside of the University of Ulster.
 

Ulster/Chinese Partner Scholarship
1 x £5000 Scholarship for a student from one of our Chinese partner institutions to come and study at Ulster.
Am I Eligible?
1.  You should hold an unconditional offer for:
a.  A full-time taught Postgraduate taught Master's course or
b.  A full time Undergraduate course or
c.  The Pre-sessional EAP Plus or Standard course leading to one of the above awards
 

2.  You must be a current student of one of our Chinese partner institutions (see list of Chinese Partner Institutions)
3.  You must not be already studying at Ulster.
4.  For fees purposes you must not be a national of Northern Ireland, Great Britain or the Republic of Ireland.
5.  You must not be in receipt of any other Scholarship/Bursary outside of the University of Ulster

The scholarships will be awarded to students who have been made an unconditional offer. Value, Terms and Conditions
-  Each Scholarship has a value of £5,000 which will be awarded for one academic year.

-   If you are paying full international (overseas) fees this Santander Scholarship will not cover all of your tuition fees.
-  The Scholarship does not cover living costs.
-  The Scholarship does not include living expenses.
-  A scholarship cannot be deferred to a later year.
-  Providing you meet the eligibility criteria you may apply for more than one type of Scholarship however you cannot be awarded more than one Scholarship type in any competition round.
-  The Scholarship will only be awarded for a course of study offered at the Belfast, Coleraine, Jordanstown or Magee campuses.

University of Kent Dental Development Scholarships, UK

This scholarship competition is open to all UK, EU and Overseas part-time students.
This scholarship fund is designed to support widening access and participation in higher education by dental care professionals and will provide a partial scholarship to incoming and current students in the Postgraduate Dental Care programmes at the University of Kent.

Scholarships of £250 or £500 per annum will be available. The maximum amount available to any scholar will be £500 per academic stage.

Scholarships may be awarded for PG Certificate, PG Diploma or MSc stages, and any applicant awarded a scholarship at PG Certificate or PG Diploma will be able to reapply for succeeding academic stages at the end of June each year. Scholarships will also be subject to satisfactory academic progress.

Criteria

• Applicants must fulfil the normal entry requirements for the course
• Applicants must hold an offer of a place at the University of Kent for the 2013-14 academic year in the Dental Care programme

Scholarships available for Master 2014
Milano Fashion Institute offers each year to its applicants several scholarships, which cover half the costs of enrollment in the Masters, and are offered by Italian companies active in the fashion industry.

How does it work?

The attribution of scholarships takes place before the beginning of the course, considering both income and merit criteria, by the Academic Commission. The admission to the Master is independent from the grant of any scholarship.

How to apply?
 
The application form for scholarships is included in the "Application Form" of each Master, and it is downloadable from this site, under the page "Apply". Once you have submitted the Application Form, the Academic Commission shall decide on any assignment, with notification of the result by the beginning of the course. The International Student Scholarships are a testament to Bond University’s commitment to quality and outstanding international students. These scholarships are available to international students who have demonstrated outstanding academic ability (academic merit based scholarships).

Application Submission

All international students who have made an application to study at Bond University (by the scholarship closing date for each semester) will be considered for an International Student Scholarship.
It is recommended that when students complete a Bond University Application Form, they submit a personal statement (outlining why you should be awarded a Bond scholarship), references, resume and certified copies of other relevant documentation to assist in supporting your application.
As part of the selection process, all shortlisted applicants will be required to participate in a telephone interview.
Selections for each intake of scholarship students are assessed based on academic merit. Should your submission not be successful at the time of application, your details will be reassessed for future semester intakes up until the point of acceptance.
Please note: Only short-listed applicants will be contacted for an interview. If you are not contacted for an interview by the dates stated in the general information above, then you can assume you have been unsuccessful in your application. Students will not be notified of their unsuccessful application in writing.
